About Slough U3A

Slough U3A is a co-operative of older people, generally who are fully or part retired. Our members enjoy and share educational, creative and leisure activities. We are proud to be a dynamic group; we have built up a range of activities and groups enabling our members to learn new things and enjoy active retired life. New activities are starting all the time.

We welcome new members.

Membership of Slough U3A is £18 (individual) or £34 (couple) which is used to pay for meeting costs, subscription to our quarterly magazine “Third Age Matters”, insurance etc. If you join now, membership runs until 31 August 2019.

If you wish to know more about Slough U3A, you are welcome to come to one of our monthly meetings. You will find details of upcoming meetings under “NEWS & UPDATES” on the right of your screen. Alternatively you can use the Contact Form and we will reply by email.

After this, refreshments are served and there is an opportunity for newcomers to find out more about our activities and to sign up if you are interested.

The meetings at St Andrews’s Church Hall Merton Road, Slough SL1 1QW usually take place on the third Wednesday of each month, at 2 pm. Click on Meetings for more information. Non-members are welcome at general meetings, although we will ask you to become a member of Slough U3A if you wish to attend regularly.
