October 27th Art Appreciation Group – Reading Museum. Located in Reading Town Hall, this underrated museum boasts an impressive collection of artwork, antiquities, and archaeological treasures including a full size Victorian reproduction of the Bayeux Tapestry.

September Chiltern Open Air Museum, A 45 acre museum in Chalfont St Giles home to over 30 rescued historic buildings telling the story of the unique history of the Chilterns through buildings, landscapes and culture.
August 31 Film & Theatre Group – are planning a trip to see to the Theatre Royal, Windsor so see the hilarious Alan Ayckbourn’s ‘How the Other Half Love

September ‘Sunny Afternoon’ A new touring version of the recent West End musical featuring the music of The Kinks at Waterside Theatre, Aylesbury
September A trip to the London Wetlands Centre in Barnes.
August The Theatre & Cinema Group had a very informative visit to the Globe Theatre where we had an ‘Elizabethan Experience’ including a tour of the Globe and The Rose sites.
August The Cookery Group are gathering for a picnic in Virginia Water with a view to sampling our individual homemade contributions.
August The Art Appreciation group will be visiting Monet’s famous garden in Giverney (France).
